Shiv Shankran Nair MBA (SBS), FCIM, FIE, MRIIAChief Executive Officer
Mr. Nair is the Managing Director of British Borneo Holdings Ltd, a Maltese mini-conglomerate, with interests in Natural Resources, Shipping and Manufacturing.
He has over 12 years of experience in political advisory roles in the FSU, and prior to that in Africa. As Advisor to the Cabinet of Ministers in Turkmenistan, was involved in all the gas acreage negotiations in the Eastern Caspian, and subsequently in the negotiations for the Trans Central Asian Gas Pipeline. Provides strategic advice on investment in the FSU Energy sector, to a portfolio of clients including Alstom, Arriva, EDF, INEO, Rhinemetall, Toyo Corporation, China Railways, CMAEC and CEDC. In 2008, Mr.Nair was appointed Special Advisor to H.E.Kirsan Illyumzhinov, the President of the Republic of Kalmykia.
Terence Kirk BsEE, FSPE, FSPWLA, MAAPG
Director Operations
Mr. Kirk is a petrophysicist with fifty years experience in all aspects of
Exploration and Production, garnered in remote locations in Columbia,
Venezuela, Nigeria, Angola, Yemen, Gabon and Libya. He started his
career with Schlumberger Well Service Corporation in North America and
from there rose to become General Manager responsible for South
American operations for Petroleum Group Dresser Industries . He
subsequently left to set up his own operating company in Venezuela,
and undertook the drilling, completion, and testing necessary to make
a reservoir analysis of total reserves and feasibility for development
of the largest reserve in the world of heavy oil. This study
incorporated nearly two hundred wells drilled and evaluated by his
company for the Ministry of mines. (Faja Bituminous, Venezuelan Tar
Belts). Prior to nationalization, he sold the company to US oil major.
Since 1984, Mr. Kirk has been active in Libya, as advisor to NOC,
assisting them in production enhancement techniques. Mr. Kirk holds
patents for special equipment and associated techniques that are
currently being used in the drilling of horizontal wells primarily by
the unbalanced method. Lifetime Member SPE, SPWLA, and AAPG.

Nicholas Grantley FCA, BA (Hons)Mr. Grantley is Global Treasury Centre Controller at Shell, responsible for controlling Singapore, London, Houston and Rio Treasury Centres and The Global Process Owner of Funds Management involved in financing operational/ capital expenditure of upstream and downstream businesses. Prior to this he was Head of Finance and Treasury at Lazard Freres, the merchant Bank and also at Rudolf Wolff & Co, a founding and leading member of The London Metal Exchange. Mr. Grantley brings to the Board, his experience in tapping capital markets, and expertise in Compliance regulation.
Col.Tim Collins OBE (retd)
Col. Collins was commissioned into the British Army in 1981 and joined the 2nd Battalion, Royal Irish Rangers then serving in Berlin.After completing several operational tours of duty including Northern Ireland, the Falklands Islands and Cyprus, where he was an aide to the Chief of Staff in the UN in Cyprus, he served with 22 SAS including the first Gulf War He was selected for promotion to Lieutenant Colonel at 38 and was posted to London in Dec 1998 once more to serve with special forces.
After Promotion to Colonel of the First Battalion Royal Irish Regiment, he was Project Director for a Peace Support Training Centre in Sarajevo before taking up the appointment of Colonel in Charge of training in HQ Land Command in Dec 2003. He retired from the Army in 2004 and is now an author and broadcaster. He has recently published his first book 'Rules of Engagement', an account of his time in command.
Col. Collins advises the Board on Security and Emergency Response issues, in the Economies in Transition where we operate.

Niall Doran
Mr. Doran is the Managing Director of Parkmead Group Plc, a British merchant Bank specializing in the Energy Sector. He is also a Director of British Borneo (Expro) Ltd, a joint venture between British Borneo Oil and Gas Ltd and Parkmead Group.
Mr. Doran started his career in 1992 with Accenture and worked on a series of large technology projects in banking, financial markets and consumer products. In 1995 he was appointed the first Chief of Staff to the UK Managing Partner of Accenture and was a leading member of the project team who designed and implemented a new global operating model for Accenture. In 1996 he joined the Energy Practice of Accenture and worked on a series of ground breaking deals in Brussels, Moscow and Houston. In 2000 he was appointed a Partner in Accenture's Energy practice.
